At PIPQUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a cancellation or refund for our services.

1. Project Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation under the following conditions:

Before Project Commencement:

  • If cancellation is requested before the project has started, a full or partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative or processing fees (typically 15–20%).

After Project Commencement:

  • If the project has already begun, the refund will be processed based on:
    • The amount of work completed
    • Resources and time spent
    • Third-party service costs (e.g., domain, hosting, licenses)

💡 Once 50% or more of the project is completed, no refund will be granted.

2. Monthly/Annual Service Plans (e.g., Website Maintenance, Hosting)

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • You may cancel at any time. Services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
  • No refunds for partial months.

Annual Plans:

  • Cancellations made within 2 days of payment may be eligible for a pro-rata refund.
  • After 2 days, no refunds will be issued.

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Delays caused by client’s failure to provide necessary inputs, approvals, or content
  • Poor communication or lack of responsiveness from the client
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, law changes, cyberattacks, etc.)

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing to: thepipquantum@gmail.com

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreements:

  • We encourage open communication to resolve any service issues amicably.
  • If needed, the matter will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of [India].
